We were in a search of an app that can intergrate Amazon and Ebay orders so those will be automatically sent to our software-platform for stock and order management. Customer service is very helpful. I did struggle syncing my Shopify products to my Amazon listing for a brief amount of time. Their customer service was outstanding and got my problem resolved. Every other app I tried to integrate Amazon and Shopify did not automatically import orders for some reason, but this one does and works great. Appreciate your help!

He walked me through every step and was very patient listening to my concerns. I wished I got more stars to rate his attitude and customer service. For other associates, to be honest, they're hopeless and not proactive and are incapable at all.

If you have products in your Shopify Store that you need synced to your Amazon Seller Central catalog, CedCommerce is the application to do so. The app has a learning curve, but I think that's more so a testament to the complicated process that is uploading products to Amazon. I had some issues, but Prashant was able to help me out in no time. Solid Application and solid customer service!

So far so good, I would definitely recommend. I have received good 24 hr service.
