I've tried a few and been frustrated to say the least. THIS format is not only easy to understand and use, but customer service is so fast to respond if you do need help. I've greatly appreciated being able to easily make changes and see it working! yay!

Super solid app with great support. Reliable and gets the job done. Support helped us install and ensured that all settings were done correctly. Highly recommend. We use the app to simply pull all our Amazon orders into Shopify, so that we can fulfill from there, assign Amazon orders to different fulfillment centers, as well as have all analytics for Ecomm+Amazon in one place. The only opportunity for improvement is the cost. I wish the app was like $24/month instead of $49. But it gets the job done well and that's the most important.

Ayush Agarwal and CedCommerce, was very professional, patient, persistent and most importantly knowledgable. Oct. 19, 2024: Adding to my previous review: Highly Recommoend! Yogesh was great and took all necessary steps to make sure our orders went through when the SKU was mismatched. Thank you for all your help!

Easy to use and Great customer support, Highly Recommend!
The integration has been seamless and easy to use. After 6 months of using we ran into 1 issue with an order... "API slow to respond" but the response team was extremely quick to reply & resolve the minor issue within minutes allowing the customer to still receive their order on time!

The app is very easy to use and if you have any issues the customer service is outstanding! They could increase the amount of FAQ's based on error codes. I would like a quick reference guide for error codes. Some of the error codes are unclear and it is hard to figure out what needs to be changed.
