Mannu S. was super responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and remained very patient while I was gathering all the information needed to help us troubleshoot why FBA orders weren't showing in our Shopify reports. The App itself is a very effective tool for growth. Adding the Amazon channel to integrate with Shopify is very useful for any business. My experience of using CedCommerce Amazon Channel so far has been excellent, the support were on-hand when I needed them to help complete the integration and resolve my product listing errors. I was dealt with quickly and respectfully and would recommend any Shopify user to consider using CedCommerce for their own Amazon integration.

Ankit was so thorough and helpful! He very quickly jumped on a call walked me through step by step how to work through the problem, and while I had some issues on my end, he was able to solve some issues with linking on his end as well!--I have never had a customer service via chat that wants to jump on the phone immediately to walk you through something, also never made me feel like an idiot or continue to tell me what I was doing wrong, he got to see with his own eyes what was happening, so we solved the issues SO MUCH QUICKER!

Some delays, but the template mode is superior to any other apps.

Great experience, we've been using the CedCommerce Amazon Channel for a few months now, and compared to how difficult Amazon makes integrations this is a breath of fresh air, there's been a few small issues here and there but support always comes through fairly quickly to help resolve those, it's always a pleasure to talk to folks like Ankit which has been an great resource tackling any issues or questions.

This app is a life saver. It saved me so much time as I could just transfer my products from Shopify to Amazon without having to input each one manually. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to sell on Amazon. If you are a seller on Etsy, you can migrate all your products to Amazon using the same app. Their customer service is also exemplary.

Mansi with support was extremely helpful with getting my templates working again after Amazon made back end changes that broke them. This listing software is such a time saver. We really couldn't do this without CedCommerce.
