Top! The experience has changed a lot since Neha Chauhan took charge of my uploading process. I am very satisfied with the work done, all products were uploaded to amazon without any problems.

CedCommerce is a very useful tool that helps me link Amazon with Shopify. I had some issues with the set up initially but the customer services was very helpful and helped me sort it out very quickly and kindly. really appreciated their help.

The CedCommerce Amazon Channel has been a great addition to our business. It helps us seamlessly synchronize orders and product quantities between Amazon and our store. While the tool is useful, it can be a bit buggy at times. For example, it provides warnings, but doesn’t always display all errors at once, which can make troubleshooting a bit tricky. I also encountered an issue with using a template—out of four products associated with it, two synced without problems, while the other two did not.

On the positive side, their 24/7 support is a huge plus. The team is responsive, quick, and always ready to help resolve any issues that come up.
