App works ok... But couldn't downgrade my plan so I deleted it and was still charged even after deletion. Not worth it in the end, find something better almost every other choice is better, no customer support but glad to take your money anyway.

Hi. You were charged given that you uninstalled it during regular billing cycle, it is normal for all Subscription model apps in Shopify. The billing date depends on when you install an app and when Shopify Charges/bill you. Example: If you install the app in January 01 and uninstall it in January 20 but Shopify charges you every 22nd of the month, then you will see the subscription charge on January 22nd (even after you uninstalled in the 20th, given that in the 22nd is when Shopify charges you for your Store and all apps subscriptions). Hope this help.
Let us know we can refund you the full month if you didn´t make use of the plan.

I made a subscription for 25.99 dollars, I'm sorry for this subscription. One week after I uploaded the products I noticed that I have products that cost 0 dollars .... so I have to give these products as a gift. Also the other products cost as much as in Amazon, without profit even though I have layered 25% profit. Everything is wrong

I used the app for 60 days. I had to raise attention daily to the fact the app was not tracking and updating Amazon prices. upwards of 80% of links were not catching the price changes on Amazon and they were not updating Shopify. I verifed setting were correct with the company. I raised a total of 50 examples over a 2 week period. Often they would not respond. or when i updated the pricing they would then say "see it worked". finally the gave the defense "its a new app and we are working the bugs out". so i gave it another month. it improved to where only about 30% of product links failed to catch price updates and update shopify. They declared it fixed. 30% failure rate is not accpetable. I finally gave up. Dont spend your money. There are other apps that have an Amazon link ability and they are on top of their game without the high failure rate.

App now says webpage is down or has moved. Security cert has expired, so app & webpage are unsecure.

I originally loved this app, but after a short time it became such a burden because it won't import all the variances or pics, and then it just started having continuous stops and errors. I was told by the company it was an Amazon problem - I doubt that. Either fix the app or take it off Shopify!

Downloaded 2mo ago. Products fail to transfer constantly. Cannot report errors. Even after constant email correspondence w the developer, NOTHING has been fixed. THIS APP IS TRASHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!
