was asked to leave a review to extend my trial, trial wasn't extended and now can't find any way to change to free before I get charged which i think is pretty sneaky :(

usually i do not leave a review but this time i have to because this is very important to all merchants. There is a reason to a price difference between the shopify plan with the abandoned cart recovery feature and the plan without one. And the sole reason is because your customer will get the email in the inbox. Not in other folders especially promotions (for gmail). This app does not deliver that. And i am left unsatisfied.

I don't like that you can't send emails before 1 hour after the cart was abandoned. Also you can't send a sample email to yourself - you have to wait that 1 hour.

Easy to install. On my trial. Will update on conversion. I am not sure who much I will like the charges.
