Installed the app easily and had my first recovery within 24 hours.

Does what it's supposed to, annoying that it can't recover anonymous carts but I guess there's no way of doing that.

Navigation is pretty clear, and giving real time cart specific is wonderful for customer service as well as insight into the business.Works very well.

I used this apps to help my online store, and is user friendly. easy to understand and setup, however i wish the price can be lower, and it will be the best.

The app is very easy to use and I do like that it helps to track what the customer's activities. I haven't yet to see any results but will continue to see how this app will impact the business with a little more time.

Early days so far, I'll see how it performs before deciding on keeping it as a paid for platform. Disappointed I couldn't avail of the extra week. Couldn't find out where to activate that. Better visibility, of this extra week offer, could be better.
