I went through a few other booking apps until I tried Appointly. It works within Shopify rather than taking you to another site which is what I wanted and the price is very reasonable. The main reason I'm leaving this review though is the stellar customer service on New Years Eve!! Had a question about removing the default title for services and the developer was online and solved my issue in 3 minutes. So, the booking app works within Shopify seamlessly, doesn't cost the earth and the customer service is ace. 5 stars.
I am still getting to know this app but so far it has been what I needed. It integrates with Shopify platform for tour bookings. I was struggling to set it up, but the Appointly team answered my chat requests quickly and set up a call to help me finalize setting up the app on my site. So far their response has been great.
The appointment app I was using is being discontinued, so I had to go shopping for a new one. I gave Appointly a try.
At first, I was not super happy because you could only get calendar integration at the highest billing level. BUT THEN....
I had a little issue setting things up. I hit the Chat Support button, and explained my issue. I expected a Bot answer, or someone who would take 30 minutes to understand my problem, and then turf me somewhere into space.
Instead, I found myself chatting with the actual guy who did the actual coding. He said it would take 2 minutes to fix my problem. He lied. It was no more than 30 seconds!!!
And now that I have the thing installed, DAMN IS IT SLICK! SO much better than the other one I was using. It's easy to understand, but still has all the bells and whistles I need, plus ones I didn't even know I needed, but will definitely use!
I feel confident writing this glowing review on Day One, simply because I got such great service. This is the way things are supposed to be, and almost never are.

Easy to use app! Less confusing than some of the other apps. The cost was fair too. The support was great to help when I had questions too.

Have been using this app now for a couple weeks and it's more user friendly than others I have worked with. Customer support is top notch too. Quick responses and quick deliver on requests. Looking forward to working more in this app and getting it flowing just like we need.
