Had some hiccups, scheduled an appointment with the team and they were able to fix it right away.
This is a very easy appointment makings system. I’m not the most tech savvy and this was easy to understand and navigate. Support is also very quick to answer and assist in any issues or questions!
Appointly does all it says it does. Sam (the developer of the app) helped us set up some custom requirements where we weren't able to do it ourselves (most of it is very intuitive and self-explanatory).
I looked around for the perfect app to allow my customers to schedule online classes, and decided to give Appointly a try. It has been great so far! The app itself is smooth and pretty intuitive. There were a couple setup things that I had questions on, and customer service was fast and knowledgable, and got me sorted out straight away. They even made custom changes from the back end for me. For being the most affordable of the apps I looked at, I am very pleased with the performance.
Quick to respond and helpful they got my situation figured out in a matter of minutes and never once broke professionalism!
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this app! I have been searching for so long for an app to book and schedule my coaching appointments. This integrates with Zoom with a single click and my calendar! Absolutely gem of a find! The founder of the app is amazing and super responsive - I had no issues at all getting this set up within 30 minutes! YOU NEED THIS APP!
