Appointment Booking App Apntly

We just started using Apntly and it is exactly what we were looking for. It’s lean, lightning-fast, and avoids all the confusing clutter you usually find in booking apps. The system is incredibly streamlined, making it easy for us to manage and even easier for our customers to book.

The real "secret sauce" here is the support. The owner reaches out directly to help with the setup, which is unheard of these days. It’s affordable, professional, and honestly feels like a partnership rather than just another app subscription. We are so excited to hit the ground running with this!

Currently works for what we need it for. Simple and not too many bells and whistles, but the support is great and the functionality straight forward. Still room for additional features and small UI improvements, but gets the job done.

Great Support and setup was a breeze. It looks like it does everything we need it to. We are a game store with tables to rent. We are able to book tables to time slots and have the people come in a pay when they come in (though we could charge at the time but chose not to).

Overall I am happy. It does not have all the bells and whistles like more advanced and established apps, but for this price point, it does well.

I've not actually booked any services through it yet, but the setup was easy and integration with Google Calendar & Zoom was seamless. I contacted Sam on their support team to help me add the button to the appropriate service page as I had some custom code on my products that was blocking this app's button - and Sam had this done perfectly within 24 hours. They responded promptly to let me know and even offered to make further customizations to the booking popup modal to match my theme (wasn't needed, but still very nice of them to offer!)

Very affordable for the pro plan (only $9 per month) and great support! Keep up the good work, team! :)

Great app that does exactly what I need it to do. Setup was straightforward, the features are intuitive, and everything has worked smoothly right from installation. I did run into a small hiccup early on, but the support team responded quickly and resolved the issue without any hassle. Their responsiveness and knowledge really stand out, and it’s clear they care about both the product and their users. If you’re on the fence, I’d absolutely recommend it.

Easy to use and setup and very well priced.
Customer service is good with the developer replying to my setup questions personally and making suggestions on making my page look better.
