Thank you for your help and patience. Your clarification about customers entering their birthday or Gotcha Day directly in the Loyalty Widget was exactly what we needed. I've used a lot of Shopify apps over the years, so I try not to leave reviews that simply say “Great app, great support”. These guys deserve a bit more detail.
From the moment I installed the app, the onboarding support was right there. No feeling that I needed to upgrade, pay extra or jump through hoops to get help. It was simply available.
Ours wasn't a particularly small migration either. We needed to migrate and sync 100,000+ customer profiles from our previous loyalty system, configure new earning and redemption rules, and make sure the rewards and balances all lined up correctly.
The support throughout was exceptional.
Someone was seemingly always available. If one member of the team needed to step away, somebody else picked things up incredibly quickly. I never had that horrible experience of explaining everything again from scratch or wondering whether I'd disappeared into a support queue.
What impressed me most, though, was that they didn't just do what I'd asked.
While helping with the implementation, the team spotted other things on our site that they felt could improve how the app worked and the overall customer experience. They asked if I'd like them to make the improvements. I said yes, and they got on with it.
That's support done properly.
We've now gone live, everything is working, and I genuinely can't thank the team enough.
This is also one of several Appstle products we're now moving across to, and experiences like this make that decision considerably easier.

This app has more customizable options than other loyalty program apps that I have tested, even on the free version, and the human support engineers are genuinely quick and helpful. I appreciate reaching a knowledgeable human quickly and not talking to AI.
