Great Inventory Management Tool with Excellent Support
I've been using Assisty for inventory planning, and it has significantly improved my stock management process. The app offers great insights and helps me optimize my supply chain efficiently. A special shoutout to Darius from the support team—his assistance was outstanding! He was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile to answer all my questions.
One area for improvement would be the loading times, which can sometimes feel a bit slow, and the responsiveness on smaller screens could be better. That being said, Assisty is a fantastic tool, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for smarter inventory management!
Darius has been tremendously helpful at finding a way to meet our business needs. The experience so far has been great with weekly check-ins to update on progress.
The Developer support experience is very customer friendly. We were able to choose appointment times literally on same day if needed. We were able to hop on a web conference and connect with a video call. All of my questions were answered pretty much on the spot. Very supportive team.
Also we being in a startup phase, the developer team offered for extended trial period. This is a very nice gesture and anyone trying to get business up an running would appreciate this, and so do we.
As far as the app, already tried few of the reports and its has ton of information. Lots of useful metrics, various features of a true analytical engine for inventory optimization. We highly recommend this app.
It's a really helpful app for understanding blind spots around inventory management. The data is extremely useful and would take weeks to put into an excel sheet manually. It's a learning curve and there is a LOT of data, but they will meet with you at any time to assist. Great app and worth the $$, which is going to be more than your usual app.
