customer service is great however the app itself had been very unstable with many glitches. Hopefully it will get better in time.

I've been using Assisty for nearly a year. While the creators are clearly dedicated to providing good customer service, my experience with the app has been inconsistent. Despite its reasonable pricing, the app is plagued with bugs, which can be frustrating for those running serious e-commerce businesses. Reliability and trust are crucial in such tools, and unfortunately, Assisty falls short in these areas. I gave it an honest try, but it's not suited for businesses that require consistent performance.

First, regarding the mention of additional payments for features: The new functionality in the Replenishment Center is currently in beta testing and not a paid upgrade. It’s only being rolled out selectively when merchants request it, at no extra cost. We apologize if this was unclear, and we’ll ensure better communication moving forward.
