Since I am using the free version, I am pretty satisfied of what's available. Only thing that disapoints is that it has bugs pretty often, but the customer team helps you fix them pretty fast.
I needed a currency switcher to make sure my store has international appeal. This app took around 5 mins to set up.

easy to install, only just installed so not able to say whether has been useful however going by all the other reviews I have no doubt it will be good
Vijay was great and quick to respond he showed me my currency was working autimatically through a VPN for verification. I can comfortably run my ads now thanks guys
