it is by far the worse. even if you delete the app, you will still have the reviews on your product pages...

We apologize to you for encountering this issue! In the earlier versions of this app, you would need to switch the widget off manually before uninstallation. We have heard you and we already upgraded the app. Now the reviews will disappear automatically after uninstallation. Also we opened live-support in the app to assist you better. I was really expecting more from this app. Can't send review requests manually or to anyone who purchased something from before the app was installed. Contacted support about this, not sure what happened but my scheduled emails disappeared. Then every support advisor I spoke to didn't understand my problem and gave useless solutions that have nothing to do with my problem. Really wanted to like this app.
