Liz has been helping through my setup and it has been amazing. It is a fairly straight forward process but questions do come up. Liz had all the answers, right away. You can send your URL so the support team knows exactly what's going on. I wish other web companies had support like this.

They're the best! Customer support is real and handles things quickly, they'll diagnose & solve your problems faster than a kid can make a scoop of ice cream disappear AND are friendly while doing it. I would rather have my Avada customer service reps as President than any candidate currently running. Liz & Daisy for President 2024

I am new to Avada, however, my experience so far has been excellent. The support I have received from the team is fantastic. Support is very quick to response and I couldn't be happier with their service. A big thanks to both Nolan and Lydia from Avada!
Just setup the Avada Email Marketing tool for my website. The team was super helpful and prompt to resolve all the queries I had. Even though i just started with the free plan but the support team was there to my help 24/7.
