I installed Ava PDF Invoice Order Printer. It had good reviews but I had tried others but could not customize the template. When I installed the App, I realized that the template was not quite what I needed because I had to make a few changes.

So I chatted with support and Sunny picked up my chat and was very helpful and customized the template for me. Now it seems that the template is customized just for my business.

I had a problem while printing through Aveda with any invoices that required a revised quantity, changing the bottom line. It seemed like the system did not retain the new information when I printed it although the revised info was visible on the invoice . I had a chat with Liz and she was able to fix my problem. I was unable to revise an invoice and print it with the new information. It kept reverting back to the old invoice. Liz corrected the problem. She also suggested I refresh before printing and that it might take a little time to catch up . I hope it works on all revised invoices moving forward. Thank you Liz!

Really happy with the whole customer service experience. We have been using Avada for a couple of years without any problems at all or need to contact them. However, just recently, I needed the totals on the invoices set up in a specific way for UK to EU sales (IOSS Compliancy) and Avada were able to help me with this quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Avada for all your customer invoicing requirements.

I was looking for app that would create PDF invoices automatically. All of ones I've tested had issues with counting VAT. We needed custom formula. At first we had some struggles with Avada. However, the support was awesome. They made the custom formula for us, fixed everything that we've asked for. I'm sending 5/5 stars, you're great! Highly recommended.
