The customer service is prompt and professional. Even though the customer representative did not solve my issue on the spot but she asked the tech team to look into my issue further.
Great app for generating order invoices. Good customer support as well. I wanted to customise the order invoice template and I got great help. Sunny and Williams were attentive and patient with me in getting my queries resolved.
Great app and does what I need - if there was to be any negative feedback it would be that it takes a long time to load the orders to print.

The invoices look a lot better than what you get originally and was pretty easy to setup. Still have to set it up entirely but from what i've seen it seems pretty solid
