We were searching for a easy to integrate invoice app for our store. Once I discovered AVADA there's no turning back since we're running their other apps on our store which is working perfectly fine for us. Hana was there with us to help and sort out initial hiccups to start out.
Tony from support team was very helpful and helped me a lot, i was searching variables list, he helped me in that.

The Ava PDF Invoice Order Printer app is really good. It's simple to use and has everything I need. Special thanks to Liz & Jasmine from customer support who have been amazing and helped me a lot. Highly recommended!
Mon expérience avec le support en ligne a été très satisfaisant dès le premier contact. La personne a été charmante et compétente ! J'ai rencontré en souci à cause de mon navigateur, et Liz, du support a été très efficace et a trouvé la solution rapidement ;-). L'appli à l'air d'être pratique, je suis satisfaite de ma première prise en main.

Ik heb een proefperiode voor deze app afgesloten, maar deze na een paar dagen stopgezet. Ondanks dat ik op het einde van de periode zeer goed ben geholpen door medewerkster Rainy, werk ik niet meer met deze app om de volgende redenen: - support alleen per email bereikbaar. (In de periode van implementatie is dat niet wenselijk).
- trage reactie van support (ingegeven door mondiale tijdzones)
- onvoldoende antwoord op mijn implementatie vragen - begeleidende email is niet naar eigen inzicht in te regelen: zo is het niet mogelijk om paragrafen te creëren, alle tekst wordt 'plat' achter elkaar weergegeven.

First of all, I am sorry for the experience you've gone through. Maybe our support member misunderstood your questions so she couldn't explain it well.
About the test email you sent, it is in our default language. If you choose the language of email the same as billing language, then when sending out real email (you can place draft order to check this), it will show the correct language as you set up. So basically there is no issue here.
Next, you want to edit the email template more flexibly, right? I am sorry currently we support basic template editor. For more powerful email editor tool (like drag/drop or HTML), we suggest you integrate with AVADA Marketing Automation app. This app will handle all automation and marketing emails for you, include PDF invoice emails.
Please help me check your mailbox so that I can assist you better.

Awesome app very easy to use we implemented it on our site www.maskcoronavirus.co.uk and the invoices look great. This app makes it very easy to customise the look and feel of the packing slip.
Good app for invoices. Easy to set up. Amazing support. Abby helped me resolve a few issues real quick. More options to change the automated email design would have been 5 stars.
