I had a technical issue shortly after installing the app. As it was a Saturday I wasn't expecting a response when I contacted support. However Pamela came back to me within a minute. She walked me though the problem, I sent some screenshots. 10 mins later their Tech Wizz kid Gideon had solved the problem and everything was back up and running again.
