I installed and some images disappear from my landing page which is understandable, but i kept looking and some settings were changed. the price for my products disappeared from the store and when I asked them about it they told me they couldn't fixed that it was due to the program to be honest my store just got slower. I also try the free trial but since I did not like the app I uninstalled and still haven't gotten any emails from my cancel subscription. Wish me luck

Everyones experiences are different and this app has a lot of positive reviews which is why I choose it. Yes my speed increased. However, my recommendation is to not touch this app. Firstly, you need SEO knowledge of what each of the functions do so you can understand and implement them yourself. Secondly we couldn't get the image optimisation to work properly and I couldn't get a straight answer as to why and this took well over a week. I was then told to ignore the message on my dashboard as at their end it was showing as working. Thirdly and most importantly it clashed with a number of my apps resulting in my website crashing and loosing sales. I got told it would be referred to the development team but they never got back to me instead support staff inserted code to counteract the crash which resulted in other apps crashing. Support were friendly but actual help was inconsistent. I then uninstalled and was still charged for another month which I now have to 'prove' before they will refund. This app has caused me more headaches and stress. In 5 years of having a Shopify Store this is the worst thing I ever did.

I initially tried a different Avada app and was disappointed, but decided to give the company another shot. Initially, things seemed promising, but then my website's speed scores plummeted to below 30%. When I reached out for support, they requested access to my store and attributed the issue to changes in Google's speed policies. Despite claiming to work on the issue for over a month, there was no improvement, and they continued to blame Google. Moreover, they never took the initiative to contact me unless I reached out first.

Based on my experience, I can't recommend Avada products. The service was lacking, to say the least.

ps: I have used this app more than 3 months, but they asked me to remove it before removing the code.

Je suis amené à laisser une note de 1 malgré ma nature positive. En effet après un rendez-vous oublié par vous et un second annulé la veille. Du coup cela fait deux semaines d'attente inutile.
Deux semaines d'attente pour rien en terme de SEO est simplement inacceptable.

This app can not handle the number of images it says it can and the support team has been totally inadequate in assisting with the problem. They say it is because of Shopify API limitations, if Shopify has limitations their app has the same limitations and they should not be making these false claims.

Worse than this application and customer service I have ever met in my life. They promise to increase your website speed: my website speed has dropped by 20 points and customer service is still looking for a solution to this problem. It's been 3 days already. They don't have enough technical skills. Very disappointed!

I really don't understand. I have already given them the source code of the website theme, but they keep asking to enter my store backend. I don't understand what they are trying to do. The after-sales customer service basically doesn't understand technology, and keeps asking me to wait. The problem was not solved until she got off work, and then she replied that she had already gone off work and she couldn't solve the problem. I really don't understand why I was treated like this after becoming a member. I'm really angry.

I have tried installing this app twice on my store now and in both cases I had nothing but trouble. Even now I still have the remnants of this app cluttering up my theme with lots of code staying behind in my theme, which does not get removed upon uninstalling the app. And even more, it actually affect my customer experience since it throws up a "google-site-verification"string onto all of my webpages, in clear view of my customers. No matter what we have tried, we cannot get rid of it. And I do not even understand why it is there in the first place since my site is verified through GTM, GA and html tag. So why this string for a totally unnecessary html file verification? And how do we get rid of this eyesore? And how do we get rid of the at least 10 snippet files still kicking around without impacting our store? Plus how do I know that there is not any redundant code embedded in other parts of my code, creating the issues that I face? NOT GOOD!
