Technical team has provided me regular and detailed updates on the actions they have performed to improve the speed. They have also provided some reasons that effects the speed score in general.

I just started using the app on my ecommerce store, but I can already see the benefits for SEO, site speed and everything that used to be a big mystery. Great people and great support. Emily was awesome to address an issue I had.
Easy to use app, and I think it has been working to improve my SEO. I recently had a problem and reached out to Customer Support, Maison was very helpful and has kindly forwarded on my request to tech support.
App definitely worth the money especially if you have a bigger shop. It could be a little bit faster but then again I try to do many things at once and my shop is rather big. Most importnat when come across an issue you can't solve yourself is Customer Service and Avada does it perfect. I came across critical issues which required contacting customer service and I automatically thought this is serious and its going to take days. To my surpirse I got instantly connected with Esther and The technician Toby and within minutes I had all the answers and all the issues were fixed. Thanks again Esther and Toby. ( P.S I'm still on my 14-day free trial - I hope this level of service will continue after )
