I have installed and uninstalled this app several times. The images on the appstore is very appealing. However I cannot reach some of the screenshots shown there. And in some other cases, the pop-up is not shown on the page(s). Help pages are not quite well. I requested support via chat. There are two cases in there: A.They request store access and provide no response for 48 hours or B.No response at all. Overall I plan not to use it.
Just installed the app and all looks well designed like the other apps from Avada. Prakash jumped to the rescue by enabling some of the features for me. Very efficient and quick! Thanks Prakash! Top notch!
