Judy and Jayden saved the day for me!
I was using another app for variants and options. During a new product release, it was glitching and people were not able to choose their option - which was required to purchase.
While waiting for the current app to respond to my help messages, I decided to go ahead and try a different app.
In a panic to get the listings corrected with the needed options, I reached out to the chat for a couple things I was struggling with. Judy responded right away, letting me know that Jayden was taking care of my issue and would let me know when it was done. Well, that was just a few minutes.
I cannot thank them enough and will be uninstalling the previous app and staying with Avis Product Options.

Great app, although I am not code savvy at all ,the support team is great especially a huge shout out to Judy, who was with me all the way with the installation and creating of options and using the conditional logic, which ended up not being difficult at all once understood under Judys guidance.
