I've tried many custom options apps (more than 10), of all the apps I've tested, AvisPlus is the winner -by a long shot. The app itself is very effective and also easy to understand. It took a few minor tweaks to get things working like we needed, and their support team was extremely prompt and helpful. 6 stars if I could!

the application manages to do almost everything with some limitations.

In the variations with price markup, it cannot manage the coupons on the shopify checkout, it is not possible to modify the thumb on the shopify cart and it is also not possible to insert negative price variations.

The assistance is very fast and always responds to your needs, trying to support you as far as possible.

We hope that in the future they can introduce new features that make the application 100% complete in any case the vote is the maximum.

Outstanding Support! Ive had several Request for adjustments and bugfixes and the Support (Artemis, Luffa and Jay-den) was super helpfull. Everything was solved super fast and now it works like a charm!

One suggestion for improvement: Add more possibilties to configure things like i have requested just with more options in the App Settings :)

I definitely recommend this app and the company behind it. Their prompt responses and rapid modifications just amazed me. I offered some suggestions and within minutes changes were installed and I could see that this app is very powerful. If you really want to get the best out of the app, contact their support and they will help. I described how my complicated variants were not working as I wanted and Judy set up my options for me to see how I could do it. This is by far my favorite app I've found. It has super simple UIs, an amazing customer support, and all of the options I've needed to use. Everything I need to sell requires more options than Shopify supports, so this app really comes in handy.

I was a little annoyed that I had to get approval to use a feature but honestly it didn't even take that much time before i was talking to someone and approved. Bonus i was able to ask the guy some other questions I had and he answered all of them no problem This app is straight to the point and I don't even know anything about building websites.

I simply can't believe this app is free. Their response has been ultra-prompt, efficient & absolutely on point. Avis is a life saver to be honest & I don't know what my website would do without this app. hank you & thank you

I am not exaggerating here. Judy and Luffa were always there (night and day!) to help guide, educate and troubleshoot in the world of "Conditional Logic" -- a world which was completely unfamiliar to me as an artist. They were helpful, patient, friendly, non-judgmental and amazing challenge solvers. When I say challenge, I should mention here that my store has an unusually large and complex number of options and variables -- partly due to the fact that I carry so many print artworks in so many varying sizes.
