We’ve had a great experience using the BSS app to manage our website pricing. We use the Price List and Volume Pricing features to control our special pricing, as well as the API features for our integrations, and the app has worked really well for our needs.

The support has also been excellent. I recently had an issue and Lux was incredibly kind, responsive and efficient. She understood the problem straight away and had everything resolved within a matter of minutes. It’s great knowing that when we do need assistance, there’s such a helpful and knowledgeable support team available.

Highly recommend BSS for both the functionality of the app and the quality of their customer support!

I wasn't sure at first if I had set up the app correctly, but everyone at the company (especially Lena!) have been so helpful and working with me to get everything working exactly how we want it. I like that there are so many options for including/excluding products and collections and should make it easier to streamline our wholesale process. Definitely recommend!
