BSS: B2B & Wholesale Solution

We use this app to facilitate many parts of our store. Over 350 custom tiered pricing rules for normal and b2b customers, b2b program enrollment, custom list prices for specific customers, and more. Every time we've run into technical issues the team has successfully helped resolve them. Also, there are regular app functionality updates which gives us new options and comfort that the app is well supported.

The app works really well, we needed several adjustments and the support staff were very prompt in getting the changes made. Very happy with the product and especially the support, which is the real value. We've had experiences with many apps, some work well but when you need support it's hard to get, but with B2B I have only had good experiences, I would highly recommend this app.

Great app, very helpful! I think the features are fairly comprehensive and they give you everything you would need to run a wholesale component to your store. Features were developed thoughtfully and the support team is pretty on top of anything you need. A lot of the functionality is also intuitive and makes it easy to navigate the UX. Best service of any app I've used so far. They've helped customize several aspects of what we need and the auto-tagging features saved a ridiculous amount of time so we can generate reports based on wholesale vs retail orders instead of Shopify's native reports that don't have enough customization for our setup.
