All very promising at first however after time you will realise this app messes with the code of your site and their developers have to constantly play with the theme code to fix issues. This is all whilst they say everything is fixed and working.

We had to build our theme again from scratch because of the code from this app broke our site. It’s as a shame because the interface is very easy to use however our whole site crashed for multiple days because of the BSS code.

We used this app for customer discounts, alongside other apps for different features.

Everything worked great however one weekend around two months ago the whole website stopped loading.

They then said repeatedly over a couple of weeks that everything was fixed when it wasn’t (each time I provided screenshots and videos to prove the site was still broken).

We can no longer use the first theme this app was installed on as it doesn’t load and they couldn’t fix the problem even though their app caused it….

They eventually found a cause which was the BSS app clashing with code from another app. This wasn’t an issue for some time until randomly they started clashing.

Once the site was back live, the discounts stopped showing in customer pages and only in the checkout. They kept repeatedly saying this issue was fixed when it wasn’t.

There was then another issue not related to another app that stopped the site from loading which they fixed by changing more core theme code.

When I asked them to remove all code, they told me they had, when they hadn’t…. I had to ask multiple times and provide screenshots to prove their code was still in our site.

This app is too risky to use. Look at other one star reviews and you’ll see similar issues. They ask you to write a nice review straight away before things go wrong..

The app had been functioning correctly for your store for a significant period of time, and the issues began to appear later as the store setup evolved. Changes in theme structure and the introduction of additional apps created interactions that were difficult to anticipate and required deeper investigation.

In this situation, the app’s core pricing logic continued to operate as designed. However, limitations related to Shopify themes and overlapping modifications from third-party apps affected how pricing was rendered on the storefront. Throughout this time, our team remained dedicated and worked continuously to analyze the situation and provide solutions, even though the outcome did not fully meet your expectations.

We acknowledge that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback has been carefully reviewed and has helped guide updates not only to the product itself, but also to how our support team communicates and follows up with merchants in similar situations.

We have now released a newer version of the app, which is designed not only to run more stably but also to better handle cases like the one you experienced.

If you're looking for b2b app then BSS B2B is a great app as they fulfil all the area that we actually wanted and even they do customization as per the suggest which is most interesting part. their customer support is awesome as well.

We have a small embroidery and printing business in New Zealand and use Shopify for our online retail store.

B2B BSS have been great for us. We use the Quantity break and Tax display functions at the moment but will likely explore more in the future.

The customer service an dev support have been great, design and functionality changes have been completed within 24 hours so far so 5 star from us.

I tried to use the app for charging B2B prices to EU and non-EU customers and to add a fee for every unit to each order. I was very transparent from the start of my trial.

Positive:
Support is quick, responsive, helpful and nice.

Bad:
After several months of going back and forth with the support & paying the platinum price, it turned out that the app does not fulfill both requirements.
The calculation of VAT / non VAT is prices is incorrect. If you want to set up one net of VAT B2B fix price for the world, it does not work.
Also there is no option to add a fee per unit, you would have to make several thousand of manual rules.

I am disappointed.

Great Support Team, Helpful App Overall

The app itself is solid and does what it promises once everything is correctly set up. While there was some initial confusion regarding which features were included in each pricing plan, the support team handled the situation professionally and stayed responsive throughout.

Support is consistently available Monday to Friday, and every interaction I had was clear, polite, and genuinely helpful. Even when issues came up, they made the effort to explain options and work toward a solution.

Overall, I can recommend this app — especially for the quality of customer support. With a little improvement in how pricing and features are communicated, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Bss works especially well, Customer service have been very helpfull in helping personalize my B2B website, A very special thing that not all other company do is that they had doublecheck to make sure there is no issue. Not a lot of B2B Wholesale apps offer many out of box features but this app pretty much offers it all, love the app, love the product and their customer support is extremely responsive and helpful when troubleshooting any questions and/or concerns.

We’ve been using the BSS B2B Solution App to build and customize our wholesale system on Shopify, and it has been an excellent experience.
