BSS B2B Wholesale Pricing

My website is a strictly B2B and we screen each customers before granting them access. Ever since Shopify changed their login to 2AF only, this caused issue to our flow.
Stumbled across BSS suits of apps, though out of the box BSS's options didn't work smoothly with our flow.
Got in touch with Lena and explained to her exactly what we needed and she help run point and coordinated with her dev team to customize their product to our needs. Lena was very easy and pleasant to work with. She and her team with more than patient with our changes and did their best to meet up.

Long story short, I tried a different app before finding this one to handle my wholesale order needs. There were some issues due to the previous app that was creating problems for the B2B app to function properly. I asked for help and the team immediately jumped in to help get me up and running. They kept me informed the entire time and were so friendly and helpful. They also helped me get a few of my functions working properly to streamline my operation. To make this even better, the previous app would not help me and this team took charge and got everything corrected. So far, I am very impressed with this developer and their prompt customer service! The reviews were not wrong you have the best customer service ive encountered hand down compared to everything, even shopify. I asked for assistance on setting up my business registration form, but was advised it was outside there business hours. When I checked the next morning, the form was set up and integrated on the page and button I wanted it on. AMAZING. The follow-thru is hands down the best i've encountered since starting my business.

This app is the real deal. Everything you could ever want in a b2b app. You can give unlimited specific pricing to collections and to specific people. I had issues with it working with another discount app I had installed, and Ines helped me immediately and fixed the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
