I wasn't sure at first if I had set up the app correctly, but everyone at the company (especially Lena!) have been so helpful and working with me to get everything working exactly how we want it. I like that there are so many options for including/excluding products and collections and should make it easier to streamline our wholesale process. Definitely recommend!

My website is a strictly B2B and we screen each customers before granting them access. Ever since Shopify changed their login to 2AF only, this caused issue to our flow.
Stumbled across BSS suits of apps, though out of the box BSS's options didn't work smoothly with our flow.
Got in touch with Lena and explained to her exactly what we needed and she help run point and coordinated with her dev team to customize their product to our needs. Lena was very easy and pleasant to work with. She and her team with more than patient with our changes and did their best to meet up.
Would recommend BSS's product suite and if out of the box doesn't meet your needs feel free to get in touch with them to get it tailored.

BSS was the best choice for setting up the flow I wanted. It wasn’t exactly perfect out of the box, and I did run into a few technical hiccups along the way, but the support team has been amazing.
