support is solid. the product does exactly what I need it to do. We use most pricing modules, including custom. I do think the UI could be more intuitive, but once it's set it works as intended. So they get 5 stars for this reason. I've had to use support a couple three times and each time their response time is super quick and my challenges are solved. So hats off to this.

We started using the BSS B2B Wholesale Solutions app to allow us to change our pricing for our wholesale customers at log in and it works great. It also allows us to set up Net customers, which is a convenient tool that we were excited to not have to work around. We needed custoemr support to make some features work with our theme and the team was great! Helen and Hannah were great communicators, very kind and informing us what to expect and staying in contact. Jeff and Lux were very responsive, able to fix our issues and make all the aspects needed to work with our site theme!

Really recommend their app. Been using their Lock and wholesale solutions for years, and it's been great overall.

Their support is great they are very quick to response and find a solution to the problem we are having. Our sale price was not showing up on the product page and they were able to fix it less than 24hours. They are truly very good on problem solving and their support. Excellent customer service! I love the chat. The support team is very responsive and prompt with communication. In most cases problems are solved within minutes. Sometimes there is a programming issue that may take longer, but I have been kept in the loop the whole time. I'm very happy with this app and highly recommend it. It makes my store more organized and allows me to manage wholesale business easily while still serving retail clients.

Ines was very helpful so that my mind could understand how I can use B2B for my small wholesale operation. We don't have many customers so won't be using all of the robust features -- but it is helpful for us to have this tool.

Support is super quick to answer and efficient. App works as intended and is super easy to setup. Only took me about 2-3 hours to set up my whole B2B and B2C versus 8+ hours on other platforms that I used in the past. Totally Recommend!
