CONs: speed issues, when you store has multiple other apps installed.

There are some minor compatibility issues, but the dev team works hard to fix them.

Meanwhile, we've been working with Namyr from the BSS support. She is a very helpful person regardless of the issue reason.

App has great features and helpdesk always responds quickly, very service-minded! The only minor issue is that it cannot be combined with add-ons that come with a price (then the price of the add-on just isn't calculated.

The BSS B2B Solution app is easy to use and has lots of great features, such as tiered pricing with quantity and amount breaks (most apps only have quantity breaks), extra fees, order limits, and lots more. Really good app, but not the cheapest, if you need all the features which we decided we needed. Jolie was brilliant at helping me with getting the sections implemented to the store and very attentive with any issues and queries I had. I would highly recommend this app is you are looking for a solution which needs high level pricing per user.

The app itself has probably one of the widest range of features that I've come across. Some customisation is required, but the app developers are willing to help with any requests to get the app working in the way that suits us.
