I've been using this Shopify app for a few months now, and while every app can have occasional bugs or hiccups, what truly sets this one apart is their exceptional customer support. Every time I’ve encountered a technical issue, big or small, their team has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and available, often resolving problems faster than expected.

A special shoutout to Jonas, who has been absolutely amazing in helping me troubleshoot and fix bugs. His professionalism, speed, and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

In a fast-paced ecommerce environment, knowing there’s a reliable team behind the app makes all the difference. Their dedication to fixing bugs promptly and making sure everything runs smoothly has saved me a lot of stress and downtime.

After spending an entire day trying to troubleshoot an issue with the discount code field disappearing during checkout, Jonas from the BSS support team resolved it in under 10 minutes. Good app, however, it didn't work right away when I installed it.

I had to contact their technical team, but they were very responsive, so no issues there.

Just a little pricey too.

Aside from these two points, it's a 5-star rating.

Nice App, works very well with my theme.

I used Net terms and Custom pricing and is very friendly and usefull.

I needed a little help in cart page and the support team respond very quickly.

The app is very complex and unfortunately quite confusing to navigate. The user interface lacks clarity, making it difficult to find specific features or settings without spending a considerable amount of time exploring. This steep learning curve may be frustrating, especially for users who expect a more intuitive experience.

While the support team is generally friendly and tries to be helpful, they often seem to lack the necessary knowledge to resolve even basic issues, particularly when it comes to more advanced questions about the app or Shopify in general. Communication can also be challenging, as their English skills are sometimes limited, leading to misunderstandings or incomplete answers.
