Excellent service from Quan N – fast and super friendly support!

I would like to express my appreciation for Quan N. From the very first moment, I felt truly heard and taken seriously. Quan was very friendly, thought along with me, and quickly came up with a solution. What I especially appreciated was the clear communication and the feeling that nothing was too much to ask.

Terrible app, it is very complicated to set up and the support team took a long time to respond. If you use a custom theme, you need a special developer to implement the functions of the app. There is also no way to NOT charge a wholesale customer the VAT fee. When you apply a % discount for a customer across different markets, you need to manually enter a custom pricing for each product price, because the app is not able to automatically calculate the discounted price without the VAT %. We have wasted so many days trying to fix this and get this to work, all to no avail. You are much better off handling the orders manually or try out another app.

Jonas and his team made quick and create changes to let it fit perfect for us. Great app what fills the hole to Shopify Plus. Thank BSS!

The app is amazing but in order to let the customers have the best experience i’ve talked to the team for some front end customizations.

First time it was Jonas that tooks care of my requests and he was so good in order to give me all the answers I needed. The customer service is at a very high level.

Then he let me speak with the dev team and Mida was my guy. In few days he made everything I needed and the talk was easy and pleasant.

This app is good. A lot of customizations that you can add to your store in order to sell to B2B customers right away. Not all features are self adjustable, but customer support is very helpful and attentive. Emma from support really helped a lot with everything we needed.

Switched over after the update to Shopify Markets which rendered all other B2B apps obsolete. The app works. The team is incredibly helpful with the full installation and knowledgeable of the nitty-gritty of the app.

We only use a very small part of what this solution offers in total. That however works very well. The support from the team and their devs is outstanding and probably the biggest reason to recommend the app.
