Merchants say this app is great for driving extra sales from out‑of‑stock items via back‑in‑stock alerts, preorders, and wishlists. Preorders are easy to set up and smooth for customers, and launch notifications help promote new products. Many praise the quick setup, clean interface, strong customization (including multilingual templates), and reliable email/SMS/push alerts. Support is frequently described as exceptionally fast, flexible, and helpful, even on lower‑tier plans.
Amazing app and super fast service - my customization happen almost in 5-10 minutes when you need it. Most recently Pearl helped me as one of my items was going out of stock and she helped me put in a quick fix to make it feel more embedded with my theme. Highly recommend if you have product that needs low stock inventory or pre-order or other such alerts.
After installing the app and feeling a little overwhelmed, Grace stepped in almost immediately and was extremely helpful in getting the app set up exactly how I wanted in my shop. It's now looking beautiful and this app has other super handy features like pre-order, stock notice and wishlist - all essentials for an online business like mine. Kudos to the team!

App is working well so far and giving my Shopify site the option to show products as in-stock and ready to ship, as well as pre-order options and notify me when available.
