Such a great app! Nilou was a huge help from start to finish. She responded super quickly and was really friendly throughout the whole conversation, which made the process easy and stress-free. We needed a few adjustments made, and she walked us through everything clearly and got it all sorted without any hassle. The support was genuinely top notch — responsive, patient, and focused on actually solving our problem rather than giving canned answers. It's reassuring to know that help is there and handled so well when you need it. Easy to recommend for anyone who values fast, reliable, and friendly support.

We're currently using the restock notifications, wishlist, and low stock alert features. We will likely use the preorder feature in the future as well.
We had a pile of customizations to do (mainly button placement issues) and Nilou not only got all of them done for us, but also provided a few other design suggestions around their product that were objectively the correct call, and then also got those done for us. They were of MASSIVE help - full marks to everybody on their support team that I've talked with so far. We're still in the early days of using Notify!, but at this stage I have literally zero regrets in picking this app.

Easy to set up and works well for back-in-stock notifications and pre-orders. The Shopify integration is smooth. Some useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans, but overall it provides good value and does what it promises.

As a small store and business, I was looking for a cost effective solution to support Wishlist and Pre-order functionality. This review is for my experience in exploring their functionalities at the Standard Level, simplicity of integration with Shopify and the support from their customer support team to assist with some tweaks needed. Harry and Grace from their support team were responsive, patient and very helpful in explaining functionality and making some CSS changes I requested - even during my trial period.
Very helpful! Early days but it all looks great so far and excited to see it all in play. You don't get much on the free plan so expect to be on the paid one - which is very fairly priced regardless :)
All I can say is that Pearl was Absolutely AMAZING!!!! She was very patient with me and made sure that I fully understood what she was telling me. I was a bit confused about something's and she not only responded back by text, but she also sent me examples of things that would be helpful to me.
She also emailed me the information, which is great because that way I can have access to that information in the future. She also took care of some technical issues while we were chatting. She even brought to my attention about the cohesiveness on my website, as far as, how some of the widgets would appear and she fixed it.
As a business owner it felt great to know that Pearl had my best interest with not just resolving my issue, but also with making sure that my website maintained a professional appearance.
