Great app for your customers to get notified when a product is back in stock. Also their team is really nice and helped me place the button where i wanted on the product page within minutes. Very happy with their service

I started using "Notify! Back in Stock" in 2022 when it was "Restockify". There was a management change and name change, however, the communication and transition was clear and frictionless. My usage has been narrow and focused on giving my patrons a way to ask to be notified when an out of stock item once again became available. It was only this season that our brand had reason to activate the pre-order option. I had ambient concerns for my brand about both the tone of pre-orders as well as logistics and integration with other 3rd party apps surrounding them. Prior to implementation I iterated my concerns to the Support Desk and Melika wrote back immediately clearly, concisely, and thoroughly addressing my concerns in order. This gave me the confidence to proceed with implementation on the eve of BFCM (not a timeframe one would typically test a new function!). The day of the install a chat window opened and Aliya at the Support Desk advised she saw me initiate the implementation and volunteered to test the widget. She stayed with me the entire implementation and even helped enhance readability within the widget. Top marks / 5 stars for this application's functionality and for its excellent documentation, training, and support team.

This app has worked well for our store to notify customers of items that are back in stock. While I wish the email templates were easier to make look/feel like my own, the functionality is suffice and works well enough. I considered the 'pre-order' but disabled once I realized there was a per transaction fee on top of the monthly cost of using Notify! Looked like it would have worked well, but I was able to leverage my ownproduct description to send the same message and keep "sell when out of stock" on.

Works fantastic. I test it every now and then by using the notify button myself on a not before used email address and as soon as stock comes back online I get the email every time straight away. I also like the statistics to see who opened the email, who clicked the link and who actually made a purchase. And I can see which product is popular, so I know where to put my priorities with ordering in new stock.
The fee is definitely worth the extra revenue! Would recommend!

Great app! Honestly one of the best apps we have on our Shopify store https://www.buckleandband.com , it means we don't miss any sales, we can build up interest lists too. Well worth the money and the support is great too
