The App takes a little getting used to and navigating your way around, but don't be afraid to reach out to customer service.
Miles, was a fantastic help! Their quesitonaire about the issues your facing looks a little skeptical at first (their AI agent) but you have to trust that it'll get you to the right person and the right team member! Miles had my issues solved promptly and was extremely pleasant. With this convenience and friendliness while staying professional, it's hard to give it anything other than 5 stars. I will be inquiring if I have any further issues without hesitation.
I wanted to use Notify Me! as a way for customers to join a waitlist for specific products that are frequently out of stock in my shop. I was initially having some trouble setting up the "Back in Stock" notifications because the inventory on my products were not tracked on my end, but after talking with Dela, we were able to find a clean solution to the problem very efficiently! The app works perfectly for my needs, and I couldn't be happier with the fast and helpful customer service. Even though I've only just begun using the app, I am very satisfied with how it integrates with my online shop and can see myself using it reliably in the future.
