I havent used it much, But the help center is very helpful and made some amendments very quickly to my page, helping me launch my pre-order on time!

The app is great for notifying customers that a product can be preordered and when the customer can expect stock to be available. You can also set up e-mail reminders. I have had the back in stock button installed for some time and have had no problems with it at all. I am trying out the new Pre Order button now. Customer service has always been quick to respond to any queries and any hiccups are smoothed out very quickly.

Excellent app and even better customer service, Anaam! Just love the Notify me button which is seeing a LOT of use, and I really didn't think anyone would Pre-order any products but I was dead wrong! So far very happy with this app.
