Excellent app and very responsive customer service. Jignesh has saved us out on more than one occasion now! I was impresseed by how fast the customer service was to respond and how quickly Jignesh was able to modify the apperance of the pop-up to get it looking exactly how we wanted it.
Starting my first small e-commerce store and figuring out how to use different apps for different settings can get overwhelming. Just sold out of an item and realized I needed a "notify when available" button and decided to try Stoq. It was pretty straight forward and when I did need some help, their customer service was immediate. Hassan was able to help change the location of the button and made sure it was showing up properly on on website. Glad we added Stoq to our shopify!
Very easy to use. Got some good guidance from Momna. Got lots of preorders going so that’s good. Don’t want to lose those sales. Highly recommend.
Just downloaded Stoq and created my first pre order offer. Took me about 15 minutes and I got everything except the discount price wasn't showing. Asked for help 7:30pm on a Sunday and Sneha answered in 3 minutes and got the last step sorted in 5. Thank you darling!

This is one of the best apps we’ve discovered recently. The preorder feature is exactly what we needed. Installation was seamless, and any theme-integration hiccups were resolved within minutes—or a few hours at most—by their fantastic support team. Highly recommended!
We use Stoq primarily for pre-orders, which it solves better than any other app that we tested.
It works flawlessly on all pages (products, collections, etc.) and the multilanguage support is perfect.
To set it up correctly we needed some support due to the customizations on our theme, but Vishu from the Stoq support stepped in and solved all our issues in a few minutes and even quickly implemented a feature specifically for our setup! That was an impressive performance!
Khuthejatul and Nagaraj have been absolutely fantastic in helping me get the app set up and running smoothly. Shashi helped me through DKIM authentication and clarifying a few back in stock alert questions I had. He was kind, helpful, quick and super knowledgable. I really enjoy having this app and the customer service makes me an even better experience.
The UI was mostly intuitive and the app is very responsive. It was all very easy to set up within an hour (I couldn't find any detailed tutorial videos online so had to do a bit of trial and error). Customer support was excellent. They responded within a few minutes, understood what I was asking and helped me with all of my queries. Although my support ticket couldn't be resolved within a day (as they needed further assistance from team members), they followed up the next day and the handover between support members was seamless!
