The app seems to work well and has a well designed interface for backing up. We have not tried a restore yet, but app appears professionally made and shows a breakdown of each type of item backed up separately. This is a good app for some security.
I like the variety of options that RB offers that can adjust to each business level. The backup process also runs seamlessly and accurately every day.

Backups may not seem helpful at first glance, however it becomes your only savior when things have gone sideways. Just like insurance, it's not useful until you need to use it - and when you do, you'll be glad that you made the investment. This app is very easy to use - you practically don't have to do anything for it to help save your orders, customers, products, photos, and settings of your website. Their team is also very responsive and friendly - they provide actual customer service where you feel that they value your business.
After all the work that has gone into making barklabel.com, it's nice to know that if anything ever happens to it, with the rewind app, we can get it right back to functioning!
Glad I discovered this app before going live. Peace of mind now knowing any data loss due to human error or random acts are covered and reversible simply by using Rewind. I would recommend this to anyone running a business online as an insurance policy to save yourself hours of manual labor. The support team is very helpful too.
