I can't imagine losing any of my data. Accidents happen and if you delete something by mistake, it's gone. Thanks to Rewind I don't have to worry about that.

[Update] - Well it happened :( I had two products open that were very similar and I mistakenly made some of the edits to the wrong one. I went to the Rewind app, found the right version and restored the page. It worked beautifully!

[3–31-26 Update] Another app in my store inadvertently deleted all my smart collections. Was able to restore them with Rewind. And their support staff sent me a PDF of my menus so I could recreate them. The other app support wasn’t much help.

This app has saved us BIG TIME on at least two occasions. The restore process is delightfully easy. Fantastic app. Can't recommend it enough.

We had cause to need a recovery but had never used Rewind before. They responded to our request within about an hour.

Fortunately, we resolved the issue internally and didn't need to recover in the end but they (Bianca) followed up on this with a lovely email. This has given us a very good impression of Rewind so far.

We migrated from Bigcommerce to Shopify. We trust Rewind to provide backups in case of any unfortunate data loss. We used Rewind on our Bigcommerce store and we are thrilled to be able to continue to use Rewind with Shopify. Great support. Very helpful!!

I've been using them for years, but never needed to do a back up until last week. It was a very specific backup that I couldn't do myself, but customer support helped after two or three emails.

I had an issue involving what I thought were some unauthorized changes to some of the listings on our store. After failing to find a solution that would help me in the app, I contacted the Rewind Backups support team and explained my situation. I wasn't sure exactly when or exactly what had been altered and I needed a complete snapshot of all the listings exported to me in a file from various dates. They informed me that they don't typically offer the service I needed, but understood my situation and would make an exception for me. This was on a SUNDAY! I cannot say enough about how absolutely amazing my experience has been working with this support team. I truly felt like they had my back 100%. They were quick to respond, very clear and concise in their emails, and free of the kind of up-sell nonsense I've become all too accustomed to when dealing with other support teams. Absolutely exceeded all expectations and I couldn't be happier!

I have had Rewind installed since 2020 and I've never had a reason to use it until recently when there was an issue with deleted items in our store. The restore process was so smooth and easy, and the customer support was top-notch — responsive, and patient with all my questions. Stephan, in particular, was outstanding and helped me get set up with another feature of our plan that I had not been using before. Highly recommend this app!
