You don't realize you need a product like this until YOU NEED a product like this. I have had this app for almost a year. I am very careful with my data, I check, recheck, pause long before I every "delete" something. Today was the first day I have ever look to "Rewind Backups" to get a product back that I misread and deleted. It flawlessly worked!

It give us great peace of mind that our data is backed up. The system works really well, and that at no cost. We have had a small problem, when just started, with no back-up. It cost us several hours to get back online. Rewind shall prevent that. Too bad they don't offer online chat yet.

I have had this app running for a couple of weeks now. I like the weekly e-mail report stating what has been backed up, etc. Have not had to do a restore yet.
