This app solves a very real problem. Before using Mergify, we were manually checking for duplicate shipments and sometimes missing them. Now we can quickly find orders going to the same customer or address and merge them without the extra hassle.
Mergify has been a real help for our store. We often have customers placing a second order before the first one ships, and this app makes it easy to combine those orders into one shipment. It saves us money on shipping and keeps things much more organized.

Works great for us! Make sure to enable the feature in Mergify → More Settings → Miscellaneous - that can allow it to see orders older than 60 days. Their support chat helped me with this and is very quick at responding! We use this app to merge orders from large pre-order collections. The only snag is international orders, which you may have to merge manually.

Great solution for order management. The automatic merge feature is efficient and reliable, helping us avoid duplicate shipments and streamline fulfillment.
This app works great to merge orders and when I had questions about functionality, the support team worked with me to better understand what was happening. My only desire would be for the documentation to be a little more clear, but other than that, no complaints.
