Mergify is one of those small tools that just makes daily work easier. It catches a problem we used to handle manually, and now our team spends less time checking orders one by one.

This app is great for those "oops, customer ordered again" moments. Instead of sending two packages to the same address, we can merge the orders and ship once. Very helpful.
