This app makes life and reporting in Shopify so much easier! It allows details and info that you just can't get from Shopify as designed (one of many things you can't get from Shopify as designed.......but I'll leave that for another day!) Anyways, it's been a great help for us in determining several analyses that we needed. The only reason for not being five stars is that there is a learning curve. Not certain if it could be more user friendly or smoother in creating reports or not. So aside from the learning curve, it would be 5 stars. Also - shout out to their support people. They actually DO respond and reach out to you which beats many other apps. Thank YOU!
Great plugin and excellent support, I needed a report that wasn't available in the standard shopify reports, Claudia responded within an hour with a working solution - happy to recommend.
Fast, many different reports, and really fast and useful support also provided in French if wanted. Nice.

SUPER helpful customer service and great reporting!
We currently are using Shopify for our online sales but are interested in using Shopify to do our point of scale. From a volume pespective, this is a big jump from what we are currently doing. We were looking at different ways of getting the necessary details out for of Shopify for an upload to our accounts system. This included trying different versions of Shopify, reaching to other users of Shopify etc.. but with limited success. To cut to the chase "Better Reports" was better than expected. It pulled together the information and enabled us to schedule a daily export of the custom report we needed. But really surprised use was "Better Reports" Support and their "Complimentary report service". Increibly prompt and very helpful, all in the space of a day or 2 we had our answer. Big shout out to Claudia in their Support Team.

After trying a few different reporting apps, this was the only one that had the options that I needed. I also like that I can schedule reports to be sent out regularly via email. Support is also very helpful.
