BR ‑ Better Reports

We use Better Reports nearly daily. The interface could probably be a bit more user friendly, but I'm really pleased with the speed of reports and excellent customer service!

It can be a little hard to understand sometimes, but their tech support team was great at helping me build out reports. There is a lot you can do with this small tool!

We have installed BetterReports on 6 stores and love it. We used the application to help with filters our large amount of orders to a particular data sent. We inquired help from the application and they were able to assist us on the correct filters for a custom report. They were quick and responsive to a few changes. If we didn't have this reporting/app it would have taken us hours to piece it together from what was available with standard reporting. The app is totally worth it for reporting.

AH! I can't even believe I haven't reviewed this app yet! I literally use Better Reports EVERY SINGLE DAY (even on the weekends). It guides our business in profound ways. I just made a weekly report that evaluates profitability per order and orders over time so we can evaluate the effect of some pricing increases we just made. The information in Better Reports DRIVES our business.

It isn't pretty. There are no fancy charts. It's PURE DATA. If you need pretty charts, you're going to have to make those yourself.

But pure data is what I need; since it's SO INTENSELY CONFIGURABLE, I can create a report for almost anything that I want to know... and if I can't find a data point that I'd like to see, I just reach out to their support (live chat) and they'll create the data point... they've even created new reports for me when I get stuck trying to envision the data I'm trying to get. Their customer service is really great (Hi Keanna!).

I've used tons of metrics apps and dashboards, including Google Analytics, Triple Whale, and Peel (as well as the standard Shopify reports that come with Shopify Plus). We are a very data-driven business, and there are infinite ways of slicing and dicing data... I believe that Better Reports actually provides a competitive advantage because I can investigate theories that other CEOs just don't have access to.

My only complaint is that the cost goes way up for Shopify Plus, and since Shopify Plus has pretty robust and configurable report building, it's a little duplicative.

But with Better Reports, I can automatically schedule reports to be published to Google Sheets, and use Zapier to take the Google Sheets, and post those numbers in Slack... so it provides us a cool opportunity to have real flash report data whenever we need it, where we'll see it. So ultimately, it's worth it.

There is nothing else like this app.

The report I created didn't include the information I needed. Keanna quickly adapted the report to meet my needs.

First review I've written. I generally think they are bogus.
However, Clement was very helpful and did exactly what I needed done as far as somewhat customizing a report. Very good app!

This app gives you the power to build custom-tailored reports that are far more useful than what Shopify provides. Support is top-notch too they are very quick to respond to requests.
