BR ‑ Better Reports

Customer service is first class, and the reports can be spliced and customised to whatever data is captured. I was looking for an app that could show me what has not been selling well, and Better Reports does it!

I even got to save some money, and switched down from the more expensive Advanced Shopify platform, because that's all I needed the Advanced Plan for! The analytics! This does the job just as well!

Better Reports really is better! We were in desperate need of an app to write custom reporting to satisfy the requirements of several business areas along with something that allowed us to export data and upload it into SAP. This app allowed us to do exactly that. My CTO also worked with their support group, which was responsive and very helpful. The app is extremely easy to use, The reporting data met all of our needs plus gave us ideas for additional reporting. Highly recommended. UPDATE: I have thrown all kinds of questions at them and they always have a fast answer with a perfect solution! 7-8-21 Still loving Better Reports, even after using it for more than a year. It is so useful, robust and their techs are super helpful.

Great for creating pick lists, shipping status reports, sales reports, etc. Very easy to use and support is very responsive.

I needed help to build a custom report and got a reply (and direct link to a customised report) within a few hours. I was only going to trial this app but now I will keep it permanently, because the reporting capabilities are so good. Thanks!

This app is the best advanced reporting app I've found for Shopify by FAR. Shopify collects an incredible amount of data for every sale, customer, etc., but offers very little reporting and almost no customization of reports on that data. Better Reports steps in and fills that gap, leveraging the myriad information Shopify collects to beautiful, comprehensive reports. I insist that all my clients use Better Reports.

Even more, they've been extremely responsive in answering questions and helping develop the custom reports I'm looking for.

It's worth every penny.

A very powerful reporting tool that is much, much faster than the alternatives we've tried - even large reports are provided in a few seconds. I don't know how this is possible! Their customer service is also very good - responsive, knowledgeable and really helpful. They just developed a complexcustom report for us that is super-useful for us in 30mins. Amazing! My only quibble is that an SFTP option would be useful for us. I would definitely recommend.
