I’ve tried other similar apps, but this one is by far the best for generating reports. The pre-designed report templates are great right off the shelf, but if you need to customize or edit, they make it really easy. I had one question about COGS and Clement was able to answer it immediately. Highly recommend.
Loving this app! The reports are great and able to custom make to really get the data you are after. Kritesh was so helpful and helping me custom make the reports i was after and very responsive and quick to get back to me. Would highly recommend adding Better Reports to your Shopify site. Also the feature that you can schedule reports to run themselves and have them emailed to you for the start of the day is a function I'm looking forward to setting up will save so much time weekly.
Has WAY more data reporting functionality than default Shopify reports. As well, tons of customization and the best yet - need something, ask support and they'll work with you to get what you need. I had several requests for custom data and they had my reports up and running in about 20-30 minutes. Bravo...what all support SHOULD be.
I LOVE Better Reports. I really lacked information that I couldn't find on Shopify's reporting or my accounting software so this is a complete win for us.
Shopify Reports are very limiting. They have decent base data, but they fall apart quickly when you want to slice and dice data in greater detail.
Better Reports steps up where Shopify falls short.
Better Reports has a little bit of a learning curve, but the support team is awesome and very helpful in creating anything you would wish. There's also a lot of reports available right out of the gate that go beyond what Shopify has.

Reports are created to spec or he will show you what you need to do for future reference to create your own report.
I have just created a table of sale per product within each vender showing sales throughout the year on a monthly basis - how incredible? This is perfect for seeing sale trends and future stock planning.

The combination of human availaibility and solid coding/reporting is a perfect match.
Hopefully the $149 will pay for itself each month in wise stock choices and sales growth.
Better Reports team are helpful and supportive, helping you build constructive reports and effective supports for workflow. The structuring is pretty complex for a new comer so I do suggest using support in the short term while you get the hang of it. Dustin.
