I have been super pleased with this app- I LOVE how I can customize it to meet all my needs, and the customer service team is extremely responsive and friendly. I use this app for tracking sales, taxes, refunds, discounts, and fees through shopify. My husband uses it to track inventory sales trends, for reordering products, and for various inventory management tasks. It's an amazing app, I highly recommend.

Tried out better reports, got overwhelmed with the options. Sent an enquiry to customer support and got everything I asked for and more answered! Kritesh is probably one of the best support person I have ever came across. Wish they are able to pull out reports from advertising platforms as well. Nonetheless.. Great product, great team, more efficiency for us! Kudos Better Reports team.
It can be a little hard to understand sometimes, but their tech support team was great at helping me build out reports. There is a lot you can do with this small tool!

Better Reports has exceeded my expectations. It has a ton of built in variables to use, and can use custom tags on customers or orders. And, in the few instances where I needed help creating a report, or adding custom variables, the team has been incredibly responsive - often same day, and definitely within 24 hours.

first, you can schedule report, which save lots of time. i need the same reports every week, so i have created them in 'better report' and i schedule to get them on a weekly basis.
second, great support, always received an answer quickly (often in less than an hour) and their team created new element i needed when they were not there. so flexible and efficient.
