My experience with Better Reports has been great so far. I needed some custom reports, and the person who made these reports, Kritesh was able to make the ones I needed and do it in a timely manner. I used this app to run a report on sales per collection. (This report does not exist on shopify). Was very helpful and informative. When I had a question, the got back to me right away and helped me out. Highly reccomend
The Better Reports app is great. It offers a lot more customizability than the standard Shopify reports. Their support is quick to respond, and will even assist in creating reports or specific dimensions. Well worth the money

We have been using this APP for a while now and there were some new reports that I needed that were not offered. I emailed them and they promptly responded with a custom report that suited my needs perfectly! Above and beyond customer service!
I am so thrilled that I discovered Better Reports. It has made a world of difference. We have atypical reporting needs as a nonprofit, and not only does Better Reports have the capability to get me the reports I need, but the folks who work on the app are amazing! I was a bit turned off at first that you couldn't get phone support, but they are so attentive to email communication that it doesn't matter. I was able to explain our bizarre and specific needs, and they made us custom reports and explained to us what was and wasn't possible within shopify as well as suggested some work arounds to get the info we needed. And, every time I come up with a new need, there they are responding to my many questions. I've loved working with everybody there. You can't go wrong with Better Reports, high value if you need anything beyond shopify's canned reports.
The App is extremely useful in gathering info out of shopify which is not available in the standard suite of reports. We use it for a variety of sales and inventory management analysis. It is a little tricky to design reports but the customer support is excellent and will usually design custom reports for you.
