This app is the best value for your dollar out there. Clement and his team are extremely responsive and it allows you to segment data using logical rules. Definitely covers for the shortcomings of Shopify's basic analytics! Keep up the great work.

I wish all of the other app support would be as great as this. This provides all the reports we need and then some! Anytime I have any questions or concerns or requests for custom reporting they have always been very attentive.They have always made my custom reports pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend Better Reports.
very hard to figure out how to make the tax reports i needed but Deanna was 10/10 extremely helpful in organizing the report for what I needed.
I asked for a custom report to allow me to see collected taxes by county for my state. Better Reports responded within minutes with just the report to help me run my business. I will definitely be using Better Reports!
Really great app. Was struggling with Shopify native reporting for months before learning about this app. The app allows you to look at data many ways. Also their support team is very responsive. I have gone to them many times with questions and requests. They have built custom fields for my business needs. Can't recommend this app enough.

We used this app to supplement our Basic Shopify plan and it allowed us to do all kinds of custom reporting in addition to their standard ones. The support staff has been unfailingly helpful and responsive to every question we've asked. Highly recommend! Now that we're upgrading to the standard Shopify plan we're going to see if we can get by with Shopify's own reporting but if not, we'll be back. Thanks for everything, Rishika!
