Love the person to person experience for creating custom reports. Claudia knew just what I was looking for - reports by collection or tags - helped me understand what was in the way and how to fix it, and pointed out the data gaps to be filled in for a comprehensive, actionable report.
I haven't used it much, but it's worked well for my needs. I needed to know my sales by country and some other breakdowns. It's laid out pretty simply and easy to figure out
I use this app for reports and packing slips for my upcoming deliveries. The app works well, and the customer service is great- quick to respond and sets up new reports for me in a short turn around.
