Really in depth reports, but the best part is the customer service. They are super responsive and accurate with custom reports!

I use this app daily, best app out there & best customer service for analyzing your data! Highly recommend to anyone with a Shopify store!

The App: A really useful App, it creates detailed reports pulling out all sorts of information in different combinations according to one's needs. The only slight issue I found is not knowing what the various fields meant...saying that, I am not that technical and this is where their fantastic Staff come in.... The Staff: If I need a particular Report, I email and staff have come back to me very fast with a solution and sometimes a video to explain how to acheive what I want!!! BRILLIANT. I must mention Keanna who has been awesome and has always got back to me straight away with a solution on how to tailor a report. Sadly they don't have a phone number so sometimes if one wants a solution on how to achieve a particular report, one has to articulate what one wants in an email. However the response is always swift and if you ask for an explanation on how to do x,y,z; you will get an explanation. I would recommend Better Reports...It is a great product and has saved us hours and hours which we can utilise to focus on the business... Multiform Canada

Excellent app! I run a record label and needed an app that would allow me to set up a royalties system so I could see how much my artists had earned and pay them. Clement from Better Reports was amazing and helped me set it up exactly how I wanted it. I can even send my artists automated email reports on a set day or time interval. I also use the app for seeing my Top Selling Products, how many sales a certain product has had and more! Really impressed with the service. Thanks

I needed help with a report that would display revenue with both USD and EU currencies, and their team made it within minutes for me by adding in an average exchange rate % so that we can get a better holistic few of total revenue the shop captures in multi-currency from all markets.

Best support team and awesome app user experience, even for people who are not the stats guru. Very easy to use, and if you cannot use tit , they will create the reports for you.   Just ask what you need.

The app saves me so much time creating my 4 quarterly reports needed to report my annual revenues from all sales channels and all payment gateways.
It helps me  get an overview of the analytics of where the orders are coming from to be able to optimize the shop marketing strategy and target new markets. Shopify should acquire this app and make it available to all...
