This app does a great job of filling the gaps in Shopify's native reporting tools.
The user interface is not super intuitive, but the support is AMAZING - any time I need a report created or modified, all it takes is an email to them and the changes I need are created within a day. SO helpful. Highly recommend this app if you require any degree of comprehensive reporting.
We worked with Kritesh to develop a very specific style of report that we needed for our store and he was so patient, helpful, and timely in responding with every iteration we wanted to try. He was able to make the report just the way we wanted it! This app is very powerful with the pre-made reports it has as well, and the ability to schedule reports to send to our accountant, etc. is so nice to be able to take one more thing off our plate each month.
The Better Reports has been awesome!! Anytime I have a question I can press the blue button and I have an emailed answer shortly .

What a GREAT app!! After doing a bit of research to find the best report app I landed on Better Reports. The app offers some of the best reporting options. The best part of this app is the 5-star service I received. I worked with Claudia and made many requests for some very detailed and customized reports. Claudia accomplished everything I wanted on the SAME day that I requested. I'm very happy with my new reports and highly recommend this app for your reports!

Great app. Saved us tons of time. I love how we are able to customize the reports to our preference instead of some generic pre-filled template that we have to get around with instead.
This is a very useful addon for analytics and reporting. We needed some more detailed custom reports and their customer service was excellent and fast.
Helped us setup custom fields to pull out order receipt metadata which were not initially available.
